Terms and Conditions

All tournament registrations are final once paid.

• Teams must be self-coached (no coaching allowed) and must provide a scorekeeper for each game.
• All players must complete a waiver before they can begin tournament play.  For players under 18 years of age, parents or guardians must sign their waiver.
• Night Flight reserves the right to withdraw and cancel tournaments, and will provide refunds if that happens..
• Night Flight will make all efforts to ensure information on this website is complete and up-to-date; however, we cannot be held liable for cases where information changes between registration and actual events take place.
• Night Flight will provide tournament start times up to 24 hours before an event begins; however, in some instances specific team schedules may not be available until the day of the event.
• Night Flight organizes fun, social sports tournaments.  Players, famillies, and fans are expected to remain civil and respectful before, during, and after the tournament takes place. Night Flight forbids all unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, and derogatory language toward our staff, referees, and other players.
• Night Flight reserves the right to cancel any and all tournament registrations due to behavior that goes against our policies, and to expel teams, players, and any fans from an event due to poor behavior, and to disable user accounts as a result.  
• IN THE CASE OF A TEAM EXPULSION FROM A TOURNAMENT DUE TO POOR BEHAVIOR, NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED..
• Return Policy: Night Flight only offers refunds on promotional items for damaged or mislabeled products.

LIABILITY WAIVER

I understand that the After School Sports Events are active and physical and that participation will incur certain risks, which may result in serious personal injury and/or property damage as a consequence. I understand that this may include injury to all parts of the body. In addition to the risks to the body or personal property, there are unpredictable dangers involved in the After School Sports Program. I consent to the below person’s participation in these activities and agree on behalf of said person and the undersigned that we assume the risk of accident or injury sustained from whatever cause in connection therein and release the City of Walnut Creek and their officers, agents, volunteers, independent contractors and employees from being liable for such accident or injury.
